The fantastic efforts of our Victor Harbor volunteers of Kangaroo Island/Victor Harbor Dolphin Watch have been highlighted over the last few months.
Like the inexorable waves and tides of beautiful Encounter Bay where we operate, they just keep on doing what they do, collecting invaluable data on the dolphins and their habitats.

The Big Duck Boat Tours and Volunteers on Survey 173 on August 12th 2026
Recently there have been very special acknowledgements with volunteer Samantha Sea and Phyto Plankton of SA winning the 2026 SA Citizen Science Award. So well deserved – Citizen Science at its best! (Dolphin Watch were fortunate to win the 2021 inaugural award, followed by a High Commendation this year.)
